Whether your pup is shy, in training, or simply thrives with one-on-one time, these personalised walks are all about their needs, their routine, and their comfort. Cancellation Policy
Dog Walking Terms & Conditions 1. Bookings & Payments All walks must be booked in advance. Payment is required in full before or on the day of the scheduled walk. 5-walk bundles must be paid upfront and are valid for 60 days from the date of purchase. 2. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice will not be charged. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled walk will be charged in full and are non-refundable. If Walking With Jerry needs to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather or illness), you will not be charged and will be offered a reschedule where possible. 3. Dog Health & Safety All dogs must be up to date with vaccinations, flea/tick treatments, and worming. Dogs must wear a secure collar with an ID tag and be microchipped, in accordance with UK law. If your dog becomes unwell or injured during a walk, you will be contacted immediately. If urgent action is needed, we may take your dog to the nearest vet and you will be responsible for any fees incurred. 4. Behaviour & Suitability Dogs must not show aggressive behaviour toward other dogs or people. Dogs must have basic recall and lead walking skills for group walks. If your dog is not suited to group walks, solo walks may be offered instead. 5. Access & Equipment You must provide clear instructions for property access. Please ensure leads, harnesses, and any required accessories are in good condition and left in an agreed location. 6. Liability Walking With Jerry is fully insured and DBS checked. While every effort is made to ensure your pet’s safety, we cannot be held responsible for any loss, injury, or illness that occurs during or after the walk, unless due to our proven negligence. 7. Adverse Weather Conditions Walks will go ahead in most weather conditions, but we may adjust routes for safety and comfort. In severe weather (e.g., storms, heatwaves), walks may be shortened or rescheduled. 8. Photos & Updates We often take photos and videos during walks for updates and social media. Please let us know if you prefer your dog not to be featured online.
