Are you fully insured?

Yes - we’re fully insured to cover all dog walking and pet care services. Our insurance covers public liability, pet accidents & injury to third parties.

 

Are you DBS checked?

Yes! We’re DBS checked for your peace of mind.

 

Do you have any qualifications?

We’re certified in First Aid for Pet Professionals and Canine Handling & Understanding Communication.

 

Can I meet you before booking?

Absolutely! We offer free consultations to meet you and your dog before getting started.

 

Do you walk dogs off-lead?

Only with your permission and in secure areas. We’ll also support your dog’s recall and loose-lead training during walks to help build confidence and consistency.

Will my dog be walked with others?

That’s up to you! We offer both group and solo walks depending on your dog’s temperament.

 

How long are the walks?

Walks typically last 60 minutes - we can tailor this to your dog’s needs.

 

What if the weather is bad?

Walks still go ahead in most weather! We’ll towel-dry your dog afterwards and make sure they’re comfy at home.

What if my dog needs medication?

No problem - we’re happy to administer medication during visits or walks.
